Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY RATES IRELAND Delivery is to any corner of Ireland , whether North or South. Orders will be charged at EUR7.50 for delivery. NOTE: (1) We do not deliver outside of Ireland (2) Boats are on a collection basis, or by previous agreement. Please note that Boats are the exception to this rule. Boats are sold on a collection basis, or by other arrangement. Delivery is via Parcel Post or Fastway Couriers. The order is usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment / acceptance of order received. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you of such, and either place the product of back-order for later delivery, or reimburse you the price of the product, whichever suits you. RETURNS Size and color exchanges are accepted as long as the product is new and still has the tags on it. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Splashtac Limited and we will make the size and/or colour exchange and ship the new product to the customer free of charge. Returns should be sent using insured Parcel Post only. Please send to our Office Address for quick response: Splashtac Limited, 'Lusmagh', Portarlington, County Offaly, Ireland. - If merchandise is defective, send the product back to Splashtac Limited with a note describing the problem with the product and your preference of a refund or exchange. - If we made a mistake on your order, we will reimburse your return surface shipping fee with a Credit Note/Voucher. - For faster service, please include a copy of your invoice or a note explaining any necessary instructions. - All returns are courteously processed as soon as practical. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. - Clients you order an item, receive it, and then change their minds (ie correct item, and nothing wrong with it) will have their credit card reimbursed, less the postage fee. The returns department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shiping of an exchange. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT - Save the item and its packaging. - Notify us immediately and we will advise you how to proceed. PRICING AND SPECIFICATIONS - Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. - Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. - All goods are priced in Euros, and include Irish VAT. - All childrens items are sold without VAT.
